Service-Based Nature

Because SEO Optimization and Social Media Account Management involve time, expertise, and resources, refunds are limited.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be considered if:

• Work has not yet started.
• A duplicate payment was made.
• Stormlites is unable to provide the agreed service.

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

• Completed work.
• Active campaigns.
• Delivered reports, audits, or strategies.
• Services already rendered.

Partial Refunds

If a project is canceled after work has begun, a partial refund may be provided based on the amount of work completed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method whenever possible.

Project Cancellation

Clients may request project cancellation at any time. Cancellation does not automatically guarantee a refund.
